Introduction

Recently, HAYASHIMU LIFT has achieved good results in overseas sales again, and 62 sets of FHNP/800(1350)/1.0 machine-room-less passenger elevators independently researched and designed by the company were selected for the first phase of the Saudi Arabia Taif Housing Project. Saudi Arabia Taif housing project is located in Taif area of Mecca Province of Saudi Arabia, which is a housing project funded by the Saudi government and developed by the Ministry of Housing, and managed by the Saudi National Housing Company. The first phase of the project consists of 31 5.5-storey (i.e. G+4.5F-storey) buildings with a total of 682 apartment houses, with a total construction area of about 110,000 square meters and a total cost of more than RMB 500 million, aiming to improve the housing conditions of low-income groups in the country. This project is the first EPC project operated by China Construction 7 International Engineering Company on its own in the name of its Saudi subsidiary.
